What are packs & Can you buy single pieces?
- Unlike many sellers out there, we are not re-sellers or a retail store. When you purchase from us, you are purchasing directly from the manufacturer.

Each pack comes with three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. And there is TWO (2) piece for each size in a pack. So, when you buy a pack you are actually buying SIX (6) pieces.
We do not sell single pieces.
How long does it take to receive my order?
- Orders are processed and shipped the same business day if they are placed M-F before 3:00 pm PST. If placed on a non-business day/holiday, it will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please check out our SHIPPING POLICY page.
How do I track my order?
- All orders will include a tracking number, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. For retail, orders can be tracked via USPS. For wholesale, orders can be tracked via UPS unless stated otherwise.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we currently ship worldwide and shipping costs are determined at checkout once your address has been inputted. Please check out our SHIPPING POLICY page.
How can I change/cancel my order?
- In our efforts to ship orders as soon as possible, you must contact us via telephone immediately at (213)747-78954.
- If your order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
